Volt Tech high torque stock starter motor is 1.7kW field wound type. Black unit is powder coated and supplied with jackshaft bolt. The jackshaft bolt is 5-1/4 long 10-32 thread pitch.

  • Use the enclosed Jack Shaft Bolt for 1989-1993 models. For 1994-UP reuse the original bolt.
  • Use a #4 battery cable for optimal performance from your All Balls Starter.
  • Torque Jack Shaft Bolt to 5 ft. lbs.
