Replica Rigid Rear Fender 1949 / 1954 FL

2022 New Production replica rigid rear fender has 1949-1950 style chain relief cutout. Fender is fully assembled and riveted together with hinge. Before finishing with primer or paint installer must prepare fender by checking alignment of fender tail and bracket. Includes replica rigid rear fender hinge V-Twin 50-1243. All hinged fenders must be hand fitted at the hinge and pin area. Alignment will have to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. Before priming or painting fit the fender body braces and mounting points in place. Fender rivets hinge and brackets will have to be tweaked for final fitment. Patience is reqyired for proper installation! We suggest pre-fitting fender prior to painting. *NOTE: Chain panel with ribs is built in as one piece with the fender. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged oversize for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
