TT 21 front spool wheel includes hub with 3/8 bearings installed. The hub is laced to a 40 spoke 21 x 1.85 chrome rim laced with stainless steel spokes and a nickel plated steel spool. Accepts a 7/16 axle. 45 spring forks are 6-1/2 between the rockers. The rockers are mounted on the inside of the spring fork. *NOTE: Wheels accept metal stem inner tubes. Order 7/16 axle separately.
