WR 19 x 3.00 front spool wheel accepts a 3/8 axle and features a drop center chrome rim nickel plated hub fully assembled with internals and stainless steel spokes and nipples. Includes WR spool wheel internal kit installed. *NOTE: Wheels accept metal stem inner tubes Shinko SR267 front and SR268 rear tires. *NOTE: 19 x 3 width rim will fit dirt track medium compound tube type TT tires.
