Contrary to what some people think  the same sleeve and spiral are used left and right unless you had a left hand throttle set up like on a Servicar with RH shift. In that case you would need OEM #56220-47 sleeve no the left side to get proper push action on your throttle wire. Same length  ID and OD as originals. These cam out on 1949 models and were used on Spring Fork handlebars throught the end of Spring Fork production on the 1957 Servicar.
