York starter electric kit is for use with tapered shaft engines and most custom rigid frames. *Note: Transmission is moved all the way forward with no adjustments to give maximum clearance for starter motor. Lower starter position and integral Bendix drive allows minimum cutting of inner primary and the use of original 6 volt horse shoe oil tank. The starter drive ring gear is located on the clutch hub as on all the Big Twin York electric starter kits. *NOTE: The B type starter is in lower position in order to use with stock wrap around oil tank.
