XL Bobbed 3.2 Gallon Gas Tank 1982 / 2003 XL 1952 / 1956 K

Gas tank has a left side petcock location and a fuel capacity of 3.2 gallons includes mount bracket and two spacers. Gas tank does not include dash. Tank accepts a two light three light cast type dash kit or FXS dual gayge configuration. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will helpt to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged oversize for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
