Replica 3.2 Gallon King Gas Tank 2007 / UP XL 883R, 1200N and 883N

Replica gas tank has a fuel capacity of 3.2 gallons. Replica King gas tank features an updated design shape that rolls the bottom edge under to give flowing lines while still retaining the classic shape. Tank is for EFI type models. The fuel pump mount screw threads are 10-24 UNC. Order gas cap separately. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. It requires sanding and primer before painting. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. Clean the inside of the tank. It is suggested to pressure test the tank and use a tank sealer. We sugges t using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged oversize for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
