Sifton N grind cam is a stock replacement cam for Knucklehead models and 61 engines. Cam is excellent to use for stock motors or restorations. Cam lift is .370. This is the bolt on type. Offers smooth idle and strong pull to 6000 RPMs. Cam is equivalent of a Knucklehead B cam.
