1936 Knucklehead rocker arm set is nickel plated and is for use with exposed rocker arms on 1936-1937 EL models only. Buttons are removeable. Remove steel plugs indicated by the arrows. *NOTE: All journals should measure 1.000. The V-Twin pieces all measure exactly 1.000. The original early rocker arm journals are no wider than .360 at the corkseal rocker box area. Original rocker arm journals are no wider than .310 at the valve stem spring side. Original front and rear exhaust rocker arm center journals are no wider than .210. Both intake rocker arms have no center journal. All original rocker arm bodies measure no more than .880 O.D. The V-Twin parts measure .955 to .965.
