Includes black plate. *WARNING: Always use teflon tape or PTFE thread sealant on air fittings to prevent leaks. Max torque for: 5/16 inch bolt 50in/lbs 5/8 inch stud 25ft/lbs max inflation: 75psi. *NOTE: Lower raw bracket must be welded to frame cross bar. Upper top plate is back finished for solo seat mounting.
