XL rigid cast neck is constructed of raw steel forging and is drilled to accept stock tube sizes. Accepts 7/8 nuek cups not included. *NOTE: Frame parts are forged and machined using tooling exclusively by V-Twin MFG. **NOTE: Must be welded in place.
